On a planet called Arpa Chai, a device is activated that revives a small group of Garbeschians. The installation was created by Amtranik, a Garbeschian leader, as he was fleeing in front of Armadan of Harpoon's forces. The local population is trained and soon becomes a powerful army serving Yesevi Ath, the Garbeschian leader.

They capture a spaceship flying near the planet and attack it.
