Hotrenor-Taak presents himself as an enemy of Garbesch and makes contact with the Orbiters. Meanwhile, Anson Argyris rescues the seven pirates and takes them underground, in his labyrinth, where he tries once again to convince the Orbiters that the Terrans are not the Horders of Garbesch.
